Collin welcomed me before I stepped out of my car. The oil change was ready in short time which I used to look at a Tacoma. I meet the General Manager who introduced me to John Chug who introduced me to James Kim. They were all helpful. I will continue to have my cars serviced at Group 1 in Richmond. I purchased my last Avalon there and will probably buy my next vehicle there.

We have patronized and Benn very pleased with Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend for years. But today I took my 2019 Toyota Highlander in w/coupon for a $49 oil change, free tire rotation and yrly. inspection for vehicle registration. When I received the invoice at the payment counter the bill was for $81.??. I had been charged $19.99 for the tire rotation which was to be free as indicated on the coupon. World class service from Anthony. Service was great and my experience was amazing. They make bringing your vehicle in a no hassle no stress experience.
Having my Rav4 inspected for the first time was a decent experience that didn't take too long. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only than that could have improved the visit would have been free snacks.
Dropped my Tacoma off fur service and an oil change. Service was fast, staff was helpful

The gentleman who assisted me was very patient, polite, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and made the entire service experience pleasant and stress-free. His courteous attitude and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.. Toyota place itself waiting time was way too long for just routine maintenance. Almost 5 hours. Not acceptable

Service is too slow, took them 4 hrs to replace a battery and they broke the old battery trying to get the terminal off, they make me pay additional $100 for a new terminal, which in average cost $30. I am very disappointed
Great service department, with a longer wait today due to the fact that they had a part that was MIA, and they had to go pick it up. Comfortable seats to sit in, with a big fish tank to watch.
The service was great. In and out in less than an hour. Told me what was right and what needed attention.
People are nice. Communication system is great. But $190 for programming the TPMS just sounds ridiculous.
I was very pleased with everything from the dealership only thing when I receive my car. It was not fully charged and I had to stop to charge it to get home to Houston

I have been using this dealership for a while and they always do the job right. Today I had a little issue where an employee forgot the basic standards and protocols of customer service and was a little rude. I approached the manager who showed excellent courtesy and good customer service 👍

Was there for about an hour I would say. Luis helped me, told him what I needed and he even suggested some packages that would be really good for me.

Clean. Easy access and prompt check in. Tech that check me and handed me off to someone else and then just walked away without guiding me to awaiting area or letting me know what was going on.
I came on yesterday, May 5th for my services. I have an interlock in my car and I’m very thorough and specific on the directions that I give them regarding that. I received my car back after my services and my gas is ran completely down and my interlock is now LOCKED out. So, now not only do I have to explain to my CSO what happened but I have to pay money out of my pocket to have my interlock unlocked. Very dissatisfied.

My appointment was booked correctly and this dealership has convenient entrances into the dealership. The men's bathroom was clean and they have a refreshment bar. My service advisor was very detailed in explaining what my vehicle needed. I also appreciated the online coupon that I used for an oil change!
Took over 6 hours to get an oil change and brakes serviced. Very poor communication or transparency on how long it would take and getting accurate status of time remaining. “Free” car wash was not done until we asked after the service and valet handed over keys and pointed across the lot rather than getting vehicle. Did not feel valued as a returning customer.

My vehicle’s sunroof shattered while driving, with no external impact, and I brought my car to this dealership requesting root cause analysis and warranty repairs. Was told by technician that no external impact was found, which is consistent with my experience. Service Advisor Luis was exceptional; what stood out was his exceptional professionalism, understanding of customers time constraints and quickly finding efficient ways to handle repairs + service quickly as possible.
Efficient, friendly staff, relatively speedy service processes. Leadership staff that cares and enhances the sales experience. We’ll make this our first stop for our upcoming Toyota needs.

Brand new Toyota 25 Tacoma off road, at 7500 miles my transmission oil pump started having problems. Brakes were locking so got it into service. Parts back ordered took about a week to fix with no rental. When it was done I went to go pick it up but somehow they lost my key so I left and went to work, without a car again. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility during my oil change earlier today, April 9th, 2026.
The service manager who assisted me exhibited a significant lack of attention to detail. Several of my specific requests were not properly addressed or completed. Furthermore, I was promised a discount that was ultimately not applied to my bill. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered these issues with this particular individual.

Great service from an amazing group of people! Service is so great I travel across Houston to this dealership rather than going to the Toyota dealer next to where I live. They do quality work, constantly in communication giving me updates on service and while I wait I can work remotely using their free wifi, wide open seating and even open cubicles with free coffee, drinks and snacks for customers. No other dealership I’ve gone to is like here with all the amenities and outstanding service.

The financing portion was quick. I purchased my car at night-closing. Disappointed in finding numerous paint chips on the 2025 Camry the next day when I was able to visually inspect the car in daylight
Absolutely ridiculous how they have you coming in every 5000 miles instead of just coming in at 10,000 miles - getting your oil changed and then letting them do whatever they need to do like tire rotation, etc. They know the quality of their brand and the fact that they don’t.break down. Went to get oil and tier rotate have maintenance contract for some reason it was cancel but Alex in finance got it fixed was there 2 hours which is not acceptable service advisor was not professional bring going there for 14 years was experience ever her name was Lily plus cleaning lady was cleaning men’s bathroom will men and little boys was in there did not close it will cleaning very unprofessional told David but he acted like it was no be deal don’t know if I will go back to that dealer ship

Although my 90 minute belt replacement turned into 7+ hours, I was impressed by the service team. Receiving uber trip's home and back to the dealership were unexpected and allowed me to not waste the whole day.
Great service. Thorough checkout of my RAV4 and same day repair on a warranty item.
Costume services is good but not the satisfaction how they fix the car. They need more professional people
